Join us at Millwork Madness 2024 as we once again unite community, coaching, and camaraderie down in the Millwork District. This fitness inspired event will bring together all the best offerings at Volv with the bigger Millwork District community as a whole. On this day we will celebrate the variety of programs we offer, including Crossfit, Focus, Kickboxing, Indoor Cycling and Yoga but also have asked some of your favorite Millwork Businesses to join us. Birds. Fried Chicken Truck will be serving up some of the best chicken dubuque has to offer and Seven Hills brewery will be sponsoring the Millworks First Ever BEER MILE. Not Sure what to do with the Kiddos, bring them along too for 30 minutes of DANCE CONNECTION with Adam Keiffer or get them moving with a Kids only Skittles Fun Run. Throughout the day we will be giving away over 1000.00 dollars in memberships, that only participants can enter to win! All Registered participants will have a full access membership to Volv Fitness where you can try out all of the above programs at no additional cost.
